Fastest skaters in the NHL
Tracking measures every skater’s top speed in every game. This report ranks this season’s fastest, with the number of bursts above 20 and 22 miles per hour, which show who reaches top speed often rather than once. Top speeds are highest early in a shift and on the rush, so forwards usually lead. More in tracking stats.
