NHL standings history since 1990-91

Every final regular-season table since 1990-91, one page per season, with the Stanley Cup winner, the Presidents’ Trophy winner and the leaders. The league changed a lot over that time. It grew from 21 teams in 1990-91 to 32 today. Seasons ran to 80, 84 and 82 games before this season’s 84, and four were cut short (1994-95, 2012-13, 2019-20 and 2020-21). Ties ended after 2003-04, the shootout arrived in 2005-06 and the wild-card format in 2013-14. There was no 2004-05 season. Each season page shows its table under the rules of its time.
