NHL points leaders 2026-27
Jack Eichel (VGK) leads with 10 points in 4 games (2 goals, 8 assists), 1 point ahead of Connor McDavid (EDM). It is early: over a few games one big night can top the list.
What counts as a point?
A goal and an assist are worth one point each. On every goal, up to two assists go to the last teammates who touched the puck before the scorer, so a single goal can produce three points.
Who wins the Art Ross Trophy?
The player with the most points at the end of the regular season wins the Art Ross Trophy. If two players are level, the one with more goals takes it. The Art Ross market prices the race as it stands.
Points per game and per 60 minutes
Totals favour players who have dressed more often and played more minutes. Points per game and points per 60 minutes of ice time put everyone on one scale, which is useful for players coming back from injury and for depth forwards on limited minutes. Use the points per game report for the rate view.
Season reports refresh once a day after new finals.
