Pucks & Stats is published by OneTwenty Group (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information, not advice

Everything on the site is for information and comparison only. Statistics, prices, implied chances and fair prices describe what has happened or what a market shows at a moment in time; they are not recommendations or financial advice. Decisions you make with this information are your own.

Some figures are our own estimates: season projections, expected goals and expected starting goalies come from models, are labelled as estimates and can be wrong. A team’s lineup is only confirmed by the team.

Accuracy

We work to keep the data correct and fix errors when we find them, as set out in our editorial standards. Prices are snapshots and can be out of date by the time you see them; always check the price on the venue before you trade. We do not guarantee that the site is complete, accurate or available at any given time.

Partner links and venues

Links to prediction-market venues take you to third-party sites we do not control. Your use of a venue is governed by its own terms. Venues are available only where permitted and only to people of legal age where they live (18 or 21 and over, depending on location). We may earn a commission from some venues, as explained in the affiliate disclosure.

Our content

The text, design, charts and compilations on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote figures and short extracts with a link to the page they come from. You may not copy the site at scale, scrape it automatically or republish it as your own without written permission.

Team names, logos and other marks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the teams, and claim no rights in them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where OneTwenty Group is registered. That does not take away any protection the law of the country you live in gives you as a consumer.
