The NHL in numbers you can check
Pucks & Stats is a free NHL reference: every game, team and player since 1990-91 in one place, built from official league data, with prediction-market prices next to the numbers so you can see where the market and the record agree.
Four things, one store of data
Games
Every game of the season: a preview before puck drop with form, head-to-head and the market price, and a recap after it with the shot map and expected goals.
Tonight's games 02Standings and stats
Division, wild card and league tables, special teams and home and road form, and sortable stats for skaters, goalies and teams in every season since 1990-91.
The stats hub 03Teams and players

Find a player 04Markets
Stanley Cup, award and game prices from each venue side by side, with each venue's fee counted before a price is marked as the cheapest.
The market boardFrom the final horn to every page
- 1
The final horn
A game counts once it is final. Within minutes the result, the box score and every located shot are in our store.
- 2
Checked, not copied
Season lines are rebuilt from the box scores and must match the league's own totals. A mismatch stops the page, not the reader.
- 3
One store, every page
Standings, team pages, player pages and previews read the same rows, so a number never says two things on two pages.
- 4
Our own models, labelled
Expected goals and expected points are ours. Each page says so and links the methodology, and small samples are marked as small.
A standings row, a team page and a game preview should never disagree. That is the whole idea.
The rule the site is built on
How Pucks & Stats pays for itself
Pucks & Stats is published by OneTwenty Group and is free to read. When you open a venue from one of our partner links and sign up or trade, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price or terms you get.
It never changes our numbers either. The order of prices on the market board is the order of cost after fees, and “Best” is always the cheapest price, whichever venue it is on. Who we work with is listed in the affiliate disclosure.
Not a sportsbook or a broker
We never hold your money or take a bet. Every trade happens on the venue you choose.
Not advice
A price is a market's estimate of a probability. Nothing on Pucks & Stats tells you what to trade.
Adults only
Prediction markets are for adults, 18+ or 21+ depending on your state and the venue. If it stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
Who writes Pucks & Stats
Game previews, recaps and the hub pages are written from the data by the Pucks & Stats Data Desk.
How we work
Every number lives on a page
A figure in a story is a figure on the site: the box score, table or team page it came from, linked where it lives so you can check it.
Final means final
A game counts once it is final. Season lines are rebuilt after every final and checked against the league's official totals.
Our maths, shown
Expected goals, expected points and fair prices are our own calculations. The page says so, and the methodology sets out the formula.
Corrections in the open
Tell us about a wrong number and we fix it in the data store, so it is fixed on every page that uses it, and we say what changed.
The full rules are in our editorial standards; the formulas are in the methodology.
