This page carries every NHL game on today’s slate, from the morning preview to the final score. Each game keeps one card all day. Before puck drop it shows both teams’ records this season and last, the fair win probability once the game-day prices are in, and the best partner price. After the final horn it shows the score, the scorers and a link to the recap.

When do NHL games start?

Today’s first puck drops at 7:30 PM ET, with 3 games on the slate. Most weeknight games start between 7:00 and 8:00 PM ET, and games on the West Coast usually start at 10:00 PM ET. Weekends and holidays add afternoon games. Every time on this site is Eastern.

What is the fair win probability?

Sportsbooks build a margin into their prices, so the two sides of a game add up to more than 100%. We remove that margin and average the books to get each team’s fair chance of winning. It appears with the afternoon snapshot, about 4:30 PM ET on game day, and is kept as it stood at puck drop, so you can hold it up against the result. How we calculate it.

Where do finals and recaps go?

A game’s preview and its recap share one address. Finals usually appear about 15 minutes after a game ends, and the recap adds the box score, the shot map and how the result compared with the pre-game price.
